Churchill Estates Wins National Home Builder's Association Award

Churchill Lake Highlands, which was a project that featured Tejas Stone's Limestone Sorrento on both the exterior and interior was recently awarded the The National Association of Home Builders' (NAHB) Silver Achievement Award for excellence in building & design !!

The annual awards presented by The National Association of Home Builders' (NAHB) is considered the industry's premier awards program honoring excellence in building, design, and marketing for the seniors housing industry.

The beautiful Churchill Lake Highlands project is a senior living facility in Dallas, Texas which was developed and is operated by Churchill Residential, a firm dedicated to building quality senior housing living facilities throughout the U.S. http://www.churchillresidential.com/index.asp

Faulkner Design Group is one of the Nation's premier designers in Multifamily & Senior housing. Gold's Gyms open across the country

Several Gold's Gyms have opened across the US - all with a fantastic new stone facade provided by Tejas Stone by Veneerstone

The owners of Gold's gyms approached Tejas with an idea of the new look they wanted to achieve.... They quickly choose Tejas' Weathered Edge style, but didn't see the exact color they wanted for the projects in Tejas' regular stocked colors.

Tejas manufactured stone customized a color to work with their trim colors and coordinate with their signage and logo.

Tejas stone, with factories coast to coast was the natural choice for Gold's - as they could provide delivery easily for the gyms which were all located in different states !!

The ability to do custom colors for larger commercial projects was also a feature that made the decision to use Tejas by Veneerstone an easy choice for Gold's

Tejas Stone by Veneerstone featured on new McDonald's Corporation Prototype

McDonald's Corporation recently selected Tejas Stone's Caramel Stack Stone to be used on their latest restaurant to open in the Houston area.

The restaurant, located just off of Northwest Freeway in Houston has quickly become the 2nd busiest location in the state !!

The prototype is part of McDonald's high-profile reimaging program to update the company's image and enhance the overall customer experience. The new building concept is also GREEN !!

It achieves more energy efficiencies through better design and building techniques.

Tejas Stone by Veneerstone was thrilled to be selected for this new building prototype

and is looking forward to working with McDonald's on rolling out many more locations throughout the country !!
